IE7 HTTP Error Update

I've written an update to the IE7 404 Error. The update adds quick links to things like the Internet Archive and Whois information in the same manner as ErrorZilla does for FireFox. Updated HTTP 404 Error Message (diff).

Its intended to update the builtin IE7 404 Error Message.

Installation

Warning! The following modifies a system file, isn't supported by Microsoft and of course isn't recommended by anyone. You could like screw up your whole computer and stuff so certainly don't do the following to install the updated 404 error page.
  1. Copy the original HTTP Error Message file to some location.
  2. Download the HTTP 404 Error Message Update diff file to some location.
  3. Update the original HTTP file by running
    patch HTTP_404.HTM http-error.diff
  4. Update ieframe.dll.mui with the updated XSL by running
    resourcemodify.exe --src HTTP_404.HTM --dest C:\windows\system32\ieframe.dll.mui --typei 23 --name HTTP_404.HTM --language 0
